Ahoj from Czech!!!
Hi parents!
We have been having a blast with our Czech church family and wanted to send out an update now before we get into the nitty griddle of English Camp. So here is what we have been up to! You ready?? Let’s starts from the beginning of our trip.
Travel Days…
Here is the team ready to take off at the beginning of the trip, everyone was STOKED!!
Prague
We have had the best tour guides in Czech our very own Loijza and Josh who is the English Camp Guru!
English Camp Prep Day in Kromeriz
The team traveled from Prague to Kromeriz by train and enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL views of Czech! We got everything ready for English Camp the next day.
English Camp Day 1
We just finished day 1 of English Camp and man we are tired BUT we are so thankful and encouraged by the turnout of kids and the awesome conversations we have had so far. Our plans for the day changed quite a but due to some rain BUT the Lord knows what He is doing. We got to spend the whole afternoon playing games in the auditorium and because we were in one big room the kids HAD to talk to us, it was great and they loved it! The theme for Monday was USA, USA, USA!!! (Can you tell???)
How you can pray for us!
Please pray that we would be faithful to pursue EVEN when it might be hard, Czech is probably number 1 when it comes to highest population of Atheist BUT we know that God does amazing things through His word so please pray we would show the love of Christ to these students by serving them and by sharing truth!
Pray for our FBC students as they prepare their hearts to go into small groups the next couple of days not just sitting in and participating but actually leading them, the staff has been encouraged by their willingness to serve and grow in this so please pray small groups go well and that these conversations lead to sharing the Gospel and ultimately salvation!
We CANNOT wait to see all that GOD will do in Czech and are just so thankful we get to be a part of spreading the Gospel to the people here. Day 1 down, four more days to go, cau(ciao)!
