Six-Flags:
We are so excited to go to Six Flags on the Friday of camp. We will be giving students a sack lunch and a meal card to cover food while they are at the park. If they want any souvenirs or extra snacks they should bring money. NOTE: Six Flags does not accept cash BUT students can convert cash into a prepaid debit card at a kiosk in the park. Finally, all students must be with a staff leader AT ALL TIMES.
Lodging:
The students will be staying in Dorms on campus. Girls and boys will be split and not allowed to ever enter each others dorms. Each wing will have multiple staff leaders. It is our desire for every student to be roomed with their friend.
Sessions & Small Groups:
There will be a total of 7 sessions at camp. Josh Petras will be teaching through a series titled: One Big Story, in which he will seek to show students that the Bible is all connected and purposefully telling the story of God’s redemptive plan. Worship will be lead by my friend Riley Seid. Riley is a student at The Master’s Seminary and served in GCC college ministry. Following each session, students will go into small groups with their appropriate grade/ gender group. Please pray for these times.
Return:
We will be departing from TMU at 11:00am on Sunday morning. If traffic goes our way, we should be back by 1:00pm. Plan to pick up your student in the same spot that you dropped them off (FBC Warehouse).
Thank you so much for sending your student to camp, they’re going to have a blast! Be praying that the Lord would work in their heart any many others while we are away.
P.S. We still need YOU to volunteer to drive TO, FROM or BOTH for camp. If you are available, please fill out the form using the following link:
